- What happens after a year?
Nothing switches off. Your license never expires; you keep using every version released until then as Pro. If you also want the versions that come after, you can extend your license for another year for $15. Extending is optional.
- What happens when the trial ends?
Devbroom goes back to the free version. None of your data is deleted: your history and Analytics data are kept, and your Automatic upkeep rules are paused. Buy Pro and everything picks up where it left off.
- How many Macs can I use it on?
A license can be activated on up to 2 Macs. When you change Macs, remove the old one and activate the new one.
- Do I need an account?
No. After you buy, your license key arrives by email; when you enter it in the app it's activated once over the internet. Nothing about your scans or files is sent. Details on the Privacy page.
- Who takes the payment?
Polar handles sales as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues your invoice and calculates the tax for your country. Tax may be added to the price depending on where you live.
- Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 30 days of buying we refund you, no questions asked. Details on the Refund policy page.
